      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I had an accident in my car today and my phone was smashed. It called sos and automatically called my emergency contacts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;anyway my phone is beyond repair absolutely knackered. Can I get a new one from 02&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a physical sim just remove it and place in a replacement phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No point confusing things by reporting it lost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If an esim, just ask O2 to push a new one to your MyO2 or pop in store with photo ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reporting a loss will result in bars being placed on your account which can be difficult or lengthy to remove.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
