    <description>&lt;P&gt;I requested to keep my old pay as you go number to my new pay monthly account ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 requests already and both numbers have been disconnected for 3 days now ! can you help !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm happy to keep my new number ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if it’s too late can you provide me with a new new number please ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also can’t access my O2 app even, because they want to send me a code to my new number but I have no connection !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t call customer service !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;why this happening to me !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
