    <description>&lt;P&gt;I still don’t have a connection !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I requested to keep my old pay as you go number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;*********** to my new pay monthly account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and both phones are disconnected for 3 days now !! And I can’t access my O2 app even!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m happy to cancel my request and keep my new number ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and if it’s too late to keep my new number can you provide me with a new new number so I can be in connection please !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
