      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear O2,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am writing to inform you that I have not received my package. I was expecting it after 4 PM today, so I returned home from university and checked my door, but there was no package. I also checked with my neighbors, but no one has it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please provide an update on the status of my delivery?&lt;/P&gt;
