      <title>Issue Adding My Address for Network Status Updates</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently moved from EE to O2 through Tesco Mobile and am trying to set up my address to receive network status updates. However, I've been running into issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s what’s happening:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I log in, go to add my place for updates, and enter my address.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When I confirm the address, I get a blank page, and my address doesn’t get added.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far, I’ve tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Restarting my phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Disabling any ad blockers or privacy settings that might interfere&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Trying on different devices (both mobile and desktop)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of these steps have resolved the issue. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have suggestions on what else I might try? Any help would be much appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your suggestion. I encountered a few app crashes, but I did manage to do it through the app in the end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
