      <description>&lt;P&gt;Look down your sent messages in your SMS or Messages app, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5701706"&gt;@Jamie65&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- it will be there if you have not deleted it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it was an unintended MMS, because of length, number of addressees or emoji or URL attachment, then this will help you not be charged in the future: &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Accidental MMS Sending and How to Avoid it" id="Guide022"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And get your friends or family to use WhatsApp or similar, messages, calls and video all included, using your data allowance (or WiFi).
