      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had my ultra for 4 months now, and have been unable to connect it to cellular.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve spoken to tech support (turn on/turn off, uninstall/reinstall etc etc) but no joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone on here assist please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
