    <description>&lt;P&gt;Where is my new phone ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new phone from Hastings O2 shop on 18th of October 2024.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told it would arrive the next Monday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over a week later nothing has arrived and tracking just says out for delivery???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not happy, as my money was taken at the shop and nothing is happening&amp;nbsp; !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
