    <description>&lt;P&gt;Either order through O2 and installed via MyO2 App or call into an O2 store with photo ID and do it there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Word of warning. Unless an eSIM is necessary stick to plastic. A search on this forum will show eSIMs and O2 will give you problems any time you want to swap&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is a community of o2 customers, so we can't help you by sending a link to your eSim.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have requested one it should be in your My o2, so try rebooting your phone and checking again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, you will need to speak to customer services or visit your local o2 store (take photo ID).&lt;/P&gt;
