      <title>No available operators when abroad</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When ever I travel to an EU country I cannot get online as there are no available network operators in manual search&amp;nbsp; my roaming is switched on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There's no network to connect to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data roaming settings won't make any difference - all this means is "can I use mobile data whilst roaming". If there's no roaming network to connect to, then toggling menu settings will be futile!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
