Take phone, SIM and photo id to an O2 shop, @Wexer.

Or you can call 202 to get them to send the info to you, but as soon as the item is marked "sent", your phone SIM is deactivated - until you receive whatever they send you to activate your nice new e-sim on your handset.

Adding a second mobile number (partner's, child's etc) to your MyO2 as a second contact number helps, though possibly not easy to do without your main handset - then you will then be able to choose that number to have the O2 OTP sent to to gain access to your esim from MyO2 once you've spoken to O2.

This process <LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it" id="Guide010"></LI-PRODUCT> was designed to make such circumstances easy to recover from - except for the new OTP thing... Good luck, @Wexer.
