      <title>Unable to receive calls or texts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to receive calls or texts for 2 months now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;customer support are no help and it has been "escalated" multiple times.&lt;BR /&gt;I can still call out use mobile internet and send texts.&lt;BR /&gt;when people call me it says the number is invalid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have full network and tried everything on my phone side and have also put a different sim into phone and that can receive calls and texts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Putting sim in a different phone and still unable to receive calls or texts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone else with the same problem or a solution?&amp;nbsp; as I need access to my 2fa accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;still waiting for the issue to be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I call they say its been escalated, please call back again in 5 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;still locked out of all my 2fa accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
