      <title>Visual Voicemail doesn't work when using Wi-Fi Calling</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an iPhone 12 Pro and have Wi-Fi Calling and Visual Voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When using Wi-Fi Calling, Visual Voicemail doesn't work. New voicemails do not come through to my phone until I have mobile data again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems like a major oversight,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3696702"&gt;@O2Sarah-&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;please advise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;VVM has always needed a mobile data connection to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not a limitation of wifi calling.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can confirm that with o2 you do need an active mobile data connection for visual voicemail to work. You can still access voicemail by calling 901 if you need to while mobile data is not available.&amp;nbsp; I understand this is different to your experience on EE but I can only comment on the support available on o2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
