It seems the tech support is now in India. The guy was telling me I needed to get a new contract otherwise he could not resolve my issue. Thanks God, he didn’t manage to get my credit card details as he had some technical problems.&nbsp;<BR /><BR /></P><P>I’ve hang up and noticed the SIM card issue was resolved. BE CAREFUL about this lying tech support.
