Have O2 account. Roaming data on. 4G comparable device and it’s enabled why can I make phone calls?

Try manually selecting different network.

Yiu can use either AT&T or T-Mobile.

Make sure 4G Calling is enabled

@Irene02 If for some reason you're unable to make any calls, download WhatsApp, which, if you're using a WiFi connection, will enable you to call anyone anywhere who also has the app for free.
