incoming calls

I left a message for the tech team, haven't received an answer. Query is.

I can receive all incoming calls except those from my partner, also on o2, he gets the engaged/busy tone when he rings me but i receive his texts. how do i get back to receiving his calls as well.

First thing is to check you have not blocked his number by mistake @goldenoldie

What type of phone do you have?

If you swap sims (so your phone has his sim in it, and his phone your sim) what happens?
