      <title>02 SIM Network Unlock PIN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just signed up with O2 and received a Pay Monthly SIM.&amp;nbsp; When I put the SIM in my phone I get a Network Locked message and a request to enter a "SIM Network Unlock PIN".&amp;nbsp; I eventually managed to get through to O2 and they suggested entering "0000" or "5555", neither of which worked.&amp;nbsp; The phone is a Motorola G7 Power and currently has a Tesco Mobile SIM in it.&amp;nbsp; I've checked with Tesco Mobile and the phone is not locked to the Tesco Mobile Network.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not phone locked, it will be sim locked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try connecting to iTunes and see what that says.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checkmend will also give more details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.checkmend.com/uk" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.checkmend.com/uk&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've checked with Tesco and my phone isn't locked to Tesco.&amp;nbsp; Also, on the O2 website I tried to activate my SIM by inputting the serial number.&amp;nbsp; When I did this I got the message "Sorry, the below selected SIM cannot be activated".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
