      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mobile reception has always been good.&amp;nbsp; I replaced&amp;nbsp; my phone a couple of weeks ago with a new phone and at first I could make calls as normal. I now have no coverage; the display shows no cells.&amp;nbsp; Visitors to the house have no cells.&amp;nbsp; I have switched the phone off and on again.&amp;nbsp; 02 say there should be good coverage.&amp;nbsp; What should I do?&amp;nbsp; How do I speak to a real person at 02?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
