      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am currently abroad in Kenya and wish to obtain a pac code. I feel I am paying way to much for my monthly plan, GBP40 on a contract where I paid my phone off 2+ years ago. Having made several attempts to change my plan, over the last 2 years via your customer services, I am still paying GBP per month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish to leave O2, unless you can provide me with a good alternative.
