      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello my phone has had no service since around 11am today, I’m unhappy with this as I use my phone for work purposes and I couldn’t today since 11, I’ve had no service at all so no data, texts calls everything won’t work this phone is new so I don’t understand why&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
