      <title>Missed delivery</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was hoping to have received an estimated time slot window for my delivery of new device however I never received one. This meant I missed my delivery, tracking now says exception recipient wasn’t available processing for next delivery?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should a notification have been sent? Usually when I’ve ordered from other places you get a window so there is no need to wait in all day. Due to work I was planning on having someone at my home to receive the package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be appreciated. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
