      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5650614"&gt;@Suzanne25&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would do both of these, get a new SIM card, the best way is to take photo ID and pop into an o2 store, as if you call o2 they will cut off your current SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also contact Apple Support and get them to check the device &lt;A href="https://support.apple.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.apple.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;either via a Genius Bar or remotely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
