First thing did you ring O2 or did they ring you?

If it was in response to a call you made then O2s crazy policy is to turn off the original SIM when sending out a replacement.

If they called you and you gave them information then there is a bigger problem and you may well be scammed.

One way or another you will need to contact O2

You may have to borrow a phone

<LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to find help & contact O2" id="Guide058"></LI-PRODUCT>

Please can you enable me to use my phone again. I have no service and I’m away camping at the moment and can’t do anything on my phone. I’m speaking to you on my IPad. The service on my phone was great until I spoke to an O2 chap yesterday who was sending me a new SIM card. Now my phone will not connect to anything and it’s saying no network. I have no signal at all. Ive tries switching my phone on and off, taking the SIM card out and trying to contact you. I’m having no luck at all and I’m not receiving any messages .
