      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received the email regarding the delivery date of my new device on the 20th August 2024 and it hasn't arrived yet and I can't wait in all day again as I have today as I have commitments i have to attend the rest of the week, i have been trying to track my order but can't find it on my O2 app. I would appreciate if you could give me an update on where my order is and whether it will arrive today or not.
