    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed a few weekks ago (when my home internet went down) that I have a very weak signal - 1 or 2 bars at best.&amp;nbsp; This doesn't seem to change regardless of where I'm at.&amp;nbsp; I reported it to O2.&amp;nbsp; They replied to say there was a faulty mast.&amp;nbsp; They've since messaged to say that's been fixed, but my signal strength hasn't changed.&amp;nbsp; I've checked again and there are no issues reported on their status checker.&amp;nbsp; I've tried restarting my phone, but no difference.&amp;nbsp; Someone suggested doing a network reset but I'm worried I'll end up with no network, service, etc. or I'll do something to ****** it up and make it worse!&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; Or a bit more info on resetting the network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marina&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5636883"&gt;@Marina_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No harm in doing a network reset, but that's unlikely to fix anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your signal is showing the strength of signal for either 4g or 5g, depending on what's available in your area, but 1 or 2 bars is still a signal which should be usable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The closer you get to a mast, the stronger the connection will be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors?
