I am getting an error message which states that my IP Address is located outside the UK/Isle of Man, can this be changed?

Is this when you are using O2 WiFi or your home WiFi, @EmmHaitch? Are you in the UK currently?

It Is using 02 wi-fi and yes, I am in the UK

How do you mean o2 wifi, as the only place you can use o2 wifi is in a store or leisure complex.. So do you mean Mobile data.

What happens when you go to https://whatsmyip.org

What IP address do you get and what location do you get when you click on more information about you..

It is showing my IP Address as being in, or around, London

Then the problem is with the service, and how they are doing geo-IP, so I would contact the service provider along with the information.

As there is nothing o2 will be able to do.
