i am having issues in that you cannot send or make calls/texts through the watch. Tried everything including calling O2 numerous times and visiting a local O2 shop but no-one can help. Been waiting most of the day for technical team to call me but still waiting. Any help would be appreciated

Hey @Milkybar-12 did you get anywhere with this? I am having the similar, if not the same, problem.

I have a data plan for my S24 Ultra mobile and another plan for my Watch Ultra. They were both purchased from O2 and both show O2 network.

I have followed the guide that @MI5 posted below and although I see a 4G symbol with signal bars, I still cannot make or receive calls when I am not connected to my phone via Bluetooth.

I have also followed the links that @madasaf1sh included to the Samsung website but they specifically say that remote connection only works over Wi-Fi and this is backed up in the Connected Device options on my phone.

I have tried Live Chatting with O2 via their App/Website but the Chatbot they use is typical AI, has stupid options and will not let me speak to anyone.

So frustrating!!

I think I have just managed to find my answer. Will test it later today. The phone must still be switched on and connected to either Wi-Fi or Cellular Network and the watch apparently still works.

If the phone is out of battery, then it will not work. I'm sure this should work either way. The 2 plans should be connected so it doesn't matter if the phone is connected?
