      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4237199"&gt;@Matty71&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not that I know of, first place to start is doing a network reset on the device, and checking all your settings..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What happens when you put your sim in a different phone, is it the same? As it could be worth a new sim which can be obtained by popping into an o2 store with Photo ID.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you think its a phone fault then speak to Apple &lt;A href="https://support.apple.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.apple.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
