      <description>&lt;P&gt;Common complaint on here I'm sorry to say.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I presume you followed one of the routes in this guide&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Migration &amp;amp;amp; porting into O2" id="Guide061"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so you will need to keep on at O2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The social media teams seem the most clued up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to find help &amp;amp;amp; contact O2" id="Guide058"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keep pestering the O2 Social Media Team and Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
