      <title>Phone not connecting calls or messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my phone [removed] was blocked [by request, as a caution] on 3rd July and unblocked later the same day 3rd July&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was told that the service would not be normal for 24 hours after that&amp;nbsp; - approx 18.00 on 4th July&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This morning I have been unable to receive text messages from my bank and unable to make calls.&amp;nbsp; Is there a procedure I have not carried out?&lt;/P&gt;
