Apple Watch eSIM not loading

Hello,

Ive recently upgraded my Apple Watch and the eSIM will not load on it.

I am paying to have an eSIM on it and it only worked initially and then no longer shows an eSIM.

I have tried to look at this in watch app on my phone and it just says activating, on my 02 app it says the sim is processing.

I went to the 02 shop and they didn’t help. They told me to call customer service.

I called customer service 3 times and I was told to factory reset it. Which I did and still no eSIM.

Does anyone have any guidance?
