      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't expect anything less from these ******houses on how to cancel anything. Spent 20 minutes trying to do it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the one hand, they could make it easy. Instead, they over burden their already stretched phone team to deal with basic ******, all in the name of risking their brand (oh well, they don't care) and their staff. It's a loose loose for everyone involved. Apart from about 20 pompous idiots in executive positions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
