The quickest solution would be to visit your local o2 store with photo ID @esimjoan

If not, try contacting customer services - all of the numbers and ways are in this guide

Hello

This week I changed my plan and now I am unable to connect to the network using my old phone. Now I find out the eSIM is not compatible with the old phone. I therefore plan to use an iPhone 11.

the big issue is that to log onto my02 to get the eSIM details I need the Verification code which is sent by text to the number I now cannot access.
I am going around in circles here.
