I'm trying to set up an esim on my galaxy s10. I have a monthly contract in UK, I'm in UAE and need a local sim card as calls are very expensive on UK sim.

I would like to have O2 monthly contract on esim and local pay as you go as physical sim,

Any help would be appreciated

It isn't usualy possible to activate a sim when not in the UK although someone did manage to get it done last week by calling O2, although they had to call a number of times before it was done.

Ok thank you for your reply, the phone cost is inhibitive from here so will have to change sim out completely.

Just to add, the S10 doesnt support any eSIM (this applies to all models).
