      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5589398"&gt;@tia3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;The Automated call line also works for PUK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Call 202 from any O2 mobile (or 0344 809 0202 standard UK rate from any other phone)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;and say or key in your own phone number when prompted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Press 3 Your PUK will be read to you, so have a pen and paper handy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
