Incomplete Back up

My Google back up was incomplete but I wasn't too bothered as it was only my photos that wouldn't fully back up and I have those backed up on another drive.

The back up just wouldn't complete.

I did a factory reset on the phone in anticipation of receiving a replacement phone(which never arrived) so now I am back on the old phone but I can't restore what it did back up. I can see it there but there is no restore button plus I have tried to restore from the initial system set up but nothing is restoring.

Is there a way to get my data back?
