      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried transferring my number to a new provider, however I was unable to activate the sim due to not having access to the correct network type. My service has now been disconnected and I am stuck without any service at all. Is it possible to reconnect my service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responding so soon. Do you know if there is way to contact them online without using socials? I don't have accounts for any of those and since my service has been cut off, I can't call the numbers. Another layer on this is that I'm currently abroad and won't be back in the UK for months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
