      <title>eSIM port not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just left Sky to join O2. I got an eSIM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My number was supposed to port by 6pm yesterday but it hasn't, I now have no service with Sky or O2, so I can't even call them. I've messaged on X but had no reply. I've restarted my phone several times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the quick reply! &amp;nbsp;I got an email saying it would happen by 6pm yesterday, so shouldn't have even been over the weekend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;so it's just a waiting game? &amp;nbsp;Not great first impact from a customer service pov mind!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Qute a few issues with ports since O2 merged with VM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The forum has a fair few posts about it.
