      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are in the UK then calls To EU countries are chargable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The use of inclusive minutes only applies when roaming in the EU.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can then use the app over a WiFi connection and call, text, or video call them for free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
