      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received my new phone and I’m unable to install my eSIM. There was no QR code to activate and when I was transferring everything over from my old phone no message appeared to activate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to use my phone without WiFi now, can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
