    <description>&lt;P&gt;Great advice thanks - though I've actually discovered it's working perfectly &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.o2.co.uk/html/@86490D440D0190FE6D301D335D2A66D8/images/smilies/011.png" alt="slight_smile" title="slight_smile" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For some reason, once it's connected all the lights&amp;nbsp;go out apart from the battery light, so it only looks like it's not working. It also helped to realise that the Wifi code was with the battery and not 'admin' which is the default password for the Alcatel app. Durr...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same problem. O2 sell the Alcatel pocket hotspot so if it isn't working it's down to the vendor to address the issue in the first instance. Can anyone help with this issue please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
