    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi since moving from virgin to o2 my signal is so poor at times. Cannot get reliable data signal and phone keeps pinging saying emergency service only then seconds later its back on. My phone hasnt changed and ive done all the usual power on off etc. Any ideas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>
