      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son is on holiday and has lost his phone. He has blocked the phone and sim and ordered a replacement sim. We can’t activate the sim by text message as it won’t send from the new sim or by logging in to my o2 due to the verification code being sent to his old number. Could anybody advise please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
