      <description>&lt;P&gt;All incoming and outgoing calls are turned off as are messages. How do I get in touch with 02 to reactivate my phone? Any number associated with them just cut off instantly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your service won't be restored until the payment clears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorted now. I went through Skype like suggested above. It was paid 5 days ago, something was stopping it from unrestricting their end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
