    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am an o2 sim only customer, I have purchased a refurbished phone from an online retailer and it has arrived locked and asking for an NCK code, I have contacted the retailer and they can't help other than a refund which code take up to 30 days. Can 02 unlock this even if they don't know which network it is locked too?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Joe&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Was it advertised as unlocked by the retailer you brought it from? If so, they need to replace it with one that IS unlocked, or you need to send it back...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
