Wireless Calls

I have an iphone 8 and since downloading update 16.7.8 my phone will not make wireless calls. I have spoken to 02 cutomer services and Apple but still have the problem. I have tried everything I can think of to fix the issue - turned phone on and off, turned off wifi and wifi calling and restarted. I have also reset network settings.

Right now wireless is on and I can get on the internet using my router. Wifi calling is enabled but is not showing at the top left of my screen. Anyone any good ideas?

Have you tried making a call as not all phones show a notification with O2 and the update may have changed this.

There is no cell service at home and I can't make calls using wifi
