Can't call and receive calls, can't send and receive messages

Hi,

I'm abroad in Poland since Saturday.

I'm on Pay as you go. My roaming is on but I can't call and receive calls and I can't message and receive messages. I'm staying here for 3 weeks but I can't use my phone. I have done network reset, I tried to message Travel on 23336. It's not working

Some things to try:

Check data roaming is on in phone settings.

Manually search for another network

Some networks have turned off 3g so you may need to set phone to 2g to make calls.

Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media

No point in Messaging Travel as that is for cheaper calls to abroad from the UK and you have European roaming by default.

Try searching and selecting a different network to see if that works
