My O2 android app won't let me log in

My O2 android app won't let me log in, online is fine but app says details don't match?, the details are the same so how can it work on the website but not on the App, I have cleared Cache/Data and uninstalled/reinstalled the app and still nothing?!

Yes, sounds like something is amiss that only O2 can fix.

Do nudge O2 via your chosen Social Media platform now and then, until a CS agent from that team comes back to you via a Direct Message to you only. Good luck, @Xaneth.

Problem solved, they sent me a link to log in online on my phone which seems to have somehow fixed the app issue.
