hello,

I think my phone is broken as wont charge for a few days Im looking to change to a basic flip phone with whats app

Assume you have tried a different charger and lead.

If you want a basic phone then the likes of Argos or Amazon are a good bet. You just need to change over your SIM

Check the charging socket is clean and not full of fluff.

Be careful so as not to damage it and use a small pin or cocktail stick to clean it out.
