      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2463336"&gt;@THX74&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it was paid 2 days ago, it probably hasn't 'hit' their system yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow the advice from &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4819709"&gt;@Enlli&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd be a bit concerned about the wrong account number though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have called o2, the text is not from them, there apparently some issues as they are moving to a new billing system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked my o2 and it says my phone bill is overdue, the payment for that is not due for another 6 day, my o2 page has been messed up for a while, this was do with the upgrade of the website, so I was told.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
